On the way to Slifer Red, Alexis was walking down when she saw a Duel against two Ra Yellows. One of the Ra Yellows Alexis knew, His name was Adam Kaiser, who sits kinda near her in most of her classes and also one of the students who "survivied" Dr. Crowler's Class. Adam was winning and about to end the game with his Darkblaze Dragon, who attacked his opponents life points directly, ending the duel. Alexis was close enough to hear Adam say, "That's Game." Adam then walked over to the other duelist, helping him up, since Darkblaze Dragon's attack made him fall backward and Adam brushed his opponent off. His opponent went back inside and Alexis walked up to Adam, who was walking towards a step and sat down.
Adam then heard Alexis's footsteps while he was getting his cards out of the grave and reshuffling his deck, He looked over and saw her. Adam smiled at Alexis. Alexis came over and spoke, "Hey Adam, who was your opponent?" Adam answered back, "One Slifer who got promoted a few weeks back. What's new for you, Alexis?"
