Sonic had, as usual, started a fight with Knuckles. Knuckles was doing better than normal. Though Sonic didn't even care. Knuckles was becoming very annoyed with the blue hedgehog. "Hey, Knux, ya' done yet?!!" Sonic called out.
"Not a chance!" Knuckles retorted as he landed a harsh punch. Sonic skidded across the ground. Then, he bounced up into a tree. "Hey, you said no hiding!" Knuckles spat.
"Too bad, Knucklehead!!" Sonic taunted him. And then he bounced over to another tree. "See if you can hit me now, slowpoke!!!" Knuckles went into a rage, ran towards Sonic, and punched the tree so hard it toppled over. Sonic bounded off it and over to another tree. "Ha ha! You missed me!"
"SHUT UP!!!!!" Knuckles shouted.
"Heh. This is gonna be so much fun." Sonic thought as he pulled something out of his pocket. Knuckles punched the tree down. "Whoa!" Sonic yipped before jumping onto the ground. He stumbled back onto his feet, then ran to the other side of the opening they were fighting in and ran up a tree. He aimed at Knuckles with the device he had pulled out. As Knuckles was about to punch the tree, Sonic shot him with a beam. Knuckles suddenly disappeared. "Heh. Gotcha, Knux." Sonic thought as he grinned. He put the device away and jumped down.
