The Milotic moves its head away from its tail and slithers to the side of the cave, she (yes she) then turns around and raises her tail a little. She clenches her rectal muscles and begins to force a bowel movement, you feel her begin to clench her muscles and you begin to move out of the colon. You feel happy for a moment because you're going to get out of the rancid colon, but that happiness vanishes when you see the Milotic's crap begin to move with you. You move frantically and try to get away from the oncoming wave of crap, with your movement the Milotic moans once again and continues to force you and the crap towards her tailhole. As you move closer and closer to the tailhole you get covered in the crap and start to move slower then it, putting you near the back of the line of crap. As the first of the crap reaches the tailhole the Milotic moans and opens it's tailhole letting the first of the crap out. She pants in bliss, obviously enjoying what she is doing, as you get closer and closer to the tailhole. The tailhole shuts right before you get to it, and you are pressed against it, causing the Milotic to moan once again.
