Chapter #7The restaurant menu by: Unknown An hour later and you're walking down the street in the middle of town, still stunned by what happened. In your hand is a pen that can turn people into a suit? It's incredible. And now Jessica has sent you off on an errand in perhaps the strangest bedroom game ever. It puts a whole new spin on roleplaying.
You're pretty certain that you're to meet her for a blind date. Jessica knows you don't like the same type of music, and this game is as much for her benefit as yours. The only question is how to surprise her. You doubt her new identity really had a date lined up, so the obvious thing to do would be to find some good-looking guy, turn up on this pretend blind date, charm and woo her. That's not original though; you're sure you could do better.
You pause as you reach Baggio's; it's a typical Italian restaurant, all dark wood and classy interior, a menu proudly displayed outside under immaculately polished windows. It's too early for dinner service and the restaurant is currently closed.
Baggio's is a family-run business. You've been there once or twice with your parents, and the manager is the original owner's daughter. She's a feisty Italian beauty: lean, olive skin tone, long black hair (always tied in a ponytail), bee-stung lips and dusky eyes. You've seen her charm customers with her wonderful, lilting voice, and once overheard her reprimanding her chef when someone sent their food back. The waiters are all Italian too, in their 20s and annoyingly handsome – which is probably why Jessica likes the place so much.
Hey! There's a thought. You cross the road, entering a small coffee house to scheme. You could always become one of the restaurant's staff for the night. When Jessica arrives, you could act normally, wait her table, hit on her... then, when the 'date' doesn't show, make your move. She wouldn't see that coming. Hell, why stop with the waiters? You could even try becoming the hostess; maybe Jessica would like it if you were a woman. It's certainly unexpected, and with the pen rules are out the window. In fact, she never said she was coming as a woman at all, did she? Maybe she wants to swap gender identities for the night.
You order your coffee and take a seat, mulling over your options. Becoming the staff is an entertaining idea, but is there something better? You glance around, looking for something even more creative...
Jackpot. Sat in the corner, clearly on a break from her shift, is one of the local cops. You know her well from her occasional talks at your school: Officer Molly O'Sullivan. She's in her early 30s and pretty enough, with auburn hair cut in a wavy bob, a thin nose and a pale complexion sprinkled with freckles. She's often parked in town watching for anyone cutting the junction, which probably explains why she's taking her break here. You watch as she finishes her drink and heads to the restroom.
You grin fiendishly. You could always borrow Officer O'Sullivan's body for a while, too. Perhaps you could convince Jessica (or whatever she's calling herself) that her body is wanted for something and that you're going to arrest her. Then you could let her seduce you while 'taking her into custody'; there's no way she would see that coming. Or you could finish O'Sullivan's shift, find her home and dress nicely for your blind date. Either way, it's going to be a pleasant surprise for Jessica. | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
