"What?" ask Alien A to his friend.
"How about we give him some modification on his new body? "ask Alien B to his friends.
"What kind modification on him?" aksed Alien A.
"Nude Modification and also super metabolism that there is no need to defecate besides that he also pees in public without a problem" says Alien B.
Then other alien just nodded and they are do performing Head Swap operation to Naruto.
