Someone inherits an old mansion out in the middle of some woods from a relative who discovered that they owned it, but didn't recall ever buying it. So the relative gave it to the MC. The MC travels to it and likes the place enough to move in, since the relative needs someone to stay there for some reason.
After moving in, the MC discovers that there is an overabundance of women's clothes in the place. In the drawers of dressers, in the closets, in, the attic, in the basement, everywhere clothing can be stored. The MC finds it a bit off that they never checked those places before they moved in, but decide to either sell a good amount of the clothes or to give them away within a few days.
Late that night, the MC awakes to find themselves either carried or having their body controlled by their new pajamas (it depends on if the MC decided to wear something from the house or if the house's spirits decided to put something on them.).
A dress that looks like something that Disney's lady Tremaine wore in the cinderella movie appears and speaks up. Every bit of clothes that you discovered in the house is controlled by artificial feminine spirits for the purpose of being a Neo-Burlesque house, but after a large number of spirits were created, the spellcaster vanished. It then tells you that not only will you keep the clothes, but you will either find a large number of hosts for them to control, so they can do the job they were made for or you will be the plaything of all the artificial girl ghosts in the mansion.
So which will it be, the pawn of girl ghosts that inhabit clothing or their toy?
(Remember, the ghosts can only control the clothes that were in the mansion to begin with!)
