aerobics instructor

Isabel arrived at her local gym and stepped into the manager's office.

"Hi, Isabel" she politely said while shaking the manager's hand.

"Hi, Steph" the manager said as she extender her own hand and shook Isabel's hand sternly.

Isabel had applied for a job at her local gym, but she wasn't exactly sure what she had been applying for. She envisioned a role as a receptionist or something.

"So, what are your personal strengths?" Stephanie asked in a challenging manner.

"Weeeellll... I'm confident, I'm smart, and I like human interaction" Isabel answered.

"And your weakest traits?" Steph asked.

"Well, let me think for a second... I can be a little hotheaded at times." Isabel replied. Steph nodded and took notes. Isabel didn't want to tell about her modesty and shyness, as she didn't see it as relevant at this point.

"You know what, I already like you. I have a position for you if you want it." Steph said. Isabel waited excitedly to hear what it was.

"We need a new aerobic instructor. Our previous one quit last week. Can you handle that?" Steph said.

Isabel went quiet for a few seconds. Suddenly her modesty and shyness was relevant. She swallowed hard and decided to keep it to herself. After all, this was a well paid job.

"Umm.... Yes. I'll take it." Isabel said.

"Good! When can you start?"

Isabel lightened up and told her that she could start right away.

"Great! We have a group coming in about an hour! Let's show you the outfit..."
