Isabel was dreading her new job. She'd somehow been roped into being the coach for a male softball team; yes, male and softball team. She herself was an avid softballer, a member of a team herself just a few short years ago, and that was the reason she took the job before reading too closely into the details.
When she was expecting to get a team of young girls excited to to form a sorority like bond between them, she instead found herself standing before baseball's rejects. Her team consisted of pudgy and nerdy kids which seemed to bring a an ire between the two; Isabel because she thought she had been deluded, albeit by herself and stereotypical gender roles, and the boys because as testosterone filled sacks of contempt, they were both fascinated and insulted that a woman was to be their coach.
