As soon as he got there, Jazz went through several tests. Jazz was worried throughout the whole thing, worried what the results would come out to say. After an hour or two of testing, a doctor came to inform Jazz the news. "Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it seems like your mind is regressing into that of a little girl's. It's only a matter of time before your thinking just like a child." "Wha-what do you mean? Isn't there a cure? Can't you stop this?" Jazz asked in desperation. "I'm sorry, but there's nothing we can do. The best that can be done is hope that the new Jazz is the same as the old one." Jazz begins to cry into her mother, who then picks her up and carries her out after clearing the whole thing. They get home and tell Zoe and Ella the sad news. "Oh, goody," Ella says in glee, "We can dress you up in dresses and bows and-" "You stop that right now, Ella!" Zoe scolds her sister, "Jazz is going through a hard enough time without you trying to force her into your fantasies of having a little sister!" As the two bicker, you find yourself seriously considering what Ella says, thinking that it sounds appealing. On the other hand, Zoe's right, you need some time to process this. You know that this could determine the kind of girl you become. Whose room do you head to?
