Asia.

The location was the city of Guangzhou in southern China, and it was 2:23am. A black Mercedes pulled up outside a large warehouse, and out stepped three Caucasian men dressed in tailored dark grey suits. The first man was tall and in his mid 40's, his blonde hair and goatee were neatly trimmed, he was known only as 'Hans'. His two associates, Yevgeny and Mikhail, were both Russian, of stocky build and were obviously his bodyguards.

"Eyes open at all times!" the blonde man told his two 'colleagues' in fluent Russian. Both Mikhail and Yevgeny nodded, but remained silent, and then the three men made their way into the warehouse and the door was closed behind them. They were met by two Chinese man dressed in black suits and white shirts, but no ties. "We're here to see Mr. Ling" Hans said, as he held the handle of his briefcase with both hands.

"We know who you are!" one of the men said back in broken English, his face expressionless. "This way!" he then mumbled, gesturing past him.

"So much for pleasantries!" Hans quipped to his two bodyguards, who smirked a little.

As they walked deeper into the warehouse, the three men saw several more Triad members, all dressed in 'casual' suits and all armed with Scorpion sub-machine guns. A number of them were up on the second floor of the building, looking down. Hans and his associates soon saw a pristine office desk, which looked out of place in a warehouse, and behind the desk was sat a senior Triad member, 58-year old Wei Ling. It took a moment for Wei to acknowledge Han's arrival, and when he finally did...he looked at his watch, it was now 2:30am exactly. "Excellent timing Mr...?" Wei then said, pausing...

"Call me Hans!" the tall German smiled, as he glanced at his own watch. "I pride myself in arriving on schedule, otherwise what's the point of arranging a time?" he said.

"Very true my friend, very true!" Wei nodded, as he got to his feet, his English was perfect. "Please, take a seat!" he then offered, gesturing to a simple looking chair placed on the other side of the desk.

"I prefer to stand, thank you!" Hans responded politely.

"As you wish!" Wei sighed, as he glanced at one of his own, trusted bodyguards. "I take it you do have the 'merchandise'?" Wei then inquired, seeming a little eager to get his hands on whatever Hans was carrying.

A little smirk appeared on Han's face. "Of course!" he said, holding up his briefcase. "But I don't see the money!" Hans noted, as he purposely looked around. It was then that Wei clicked his fingers, and one of his men walked forward with a briefcase full of money, "$2 million as agreed!" Wei stated firmly, as the briefcase was placed on the desk and opened. Hans smiled again and then walked forward, somewhat cautiously. He placed his own briefcase on the desk and released the catches, opening it up and then turning it to face Wei. "Here's the merchandise, as agreed" Hans said, as he gestured to the 200 small plastic bags containing a white crystalline substance.

"So...this is the drug I've heard so much about?" Wei then mumbled, as he stepped forward and picked up one of the bags, holding it up to the light.

"Yes! A drug like no other" Hans smirked. "Also highly dangerous for first time users, roughly 50% of them die after taking the drug" he warned. "But I doubt that will influence your decisions very much" Hans then continued, knowing full well the Triads' reputation.

"Not really. You see all my men are absolutely loyal and willing to die for me anyway" Wei said, drawing Hans' attention to the armed men all around him.

"I'm sure they are!" Hans nodded, seemingly not impressed much. "And that concludes our deal" he stated, causing Wei to look up at him. He should have known that leaving the warehouse wouldn't be as easy as entering.

"One moment please. How do I know that this is actually the drug I want?" Wei asked, as he waved the little bag in the air. "It could be salt, or...simple cocaine! I know just how 'tricky' you Westerners can be" he then smirked. "I require a demonstration!"

Hans started chuckling, and turned back to look at his two bodyguards. "Yes I suspected you might" he then said, looking at Wei again, who wasn't laughing. Hans then slowly opened his jacket and got out his cell phone. "Luckily I have one all arranged" he grinned. He then dialed a number on the phone and starting speaking in Russian, obviously to more of his associates or bodyguards who were nearby. "This shouldn't take long!" Hans then addressed a nervous Wei, who was looking around. Suddenly, Wei's two most trusted bodyguards opened fire with their sub-machine guns, shooting the other Triad members. Caught by surprise...and utterly confused...the Triad gangsters were ripped apart by bullets, as Hans and his two bodyguards ducked out of sight.

With their sub-machine guns empty, the two Triad bodyguards then approached their 'master' and put their pistols to his head. Wei was shocked when one of them said something to him in Russian.

"I trust this was a good enough demonstration Mr. Ling?" Hans chuckled, as he stepped back into view, a little upset at having a few spots of blood on his suit. "Like I said, this concludes our deal" he said. After Hans then gave another order in Russian, the two Triad bodyguards put their pistols to each others' heads and killed each other.

Mikhail then grabbed the suitcase full of money off the desk, and the trio left the warehouse, leaving the bodies of ten Triad members littered throughout, and an angry...but unharmed Wei standing alone with his new stash of drugs. Once outside, Hans got on his phone again and congratulated his other two 'associates', Andrei and Vitaly, who had used the drug to possess the bodies of the two 'rogue' Triad bodyguards.

"That didn't take long at all" an 'amused' Hans remarked, as he got back into his Mercedes with his men and went off to rendezvous with Andrei and Vitaly, who by now would have returned to their own bodies in another car parked nearby.
