"W-wait, bel, it's really not what it looks like!" White yelled as she was carried into a bathroom in a clothing store in Nuvema town by her friend. When they encountered each other, White had been buying clothes and for whatever reason her entire lower torso was soaked, which she clearly tried to hide.
"I'm not buying it White. You had the same problems before we left, I knew I shouldn't have let you go off alone!" The blonde said, fussing like a mother as she brought white into a bathroom, going into a stall and strapping her into a baby changing station, her arms under the strap so she can't struggle.
"B-bel, seriously, my o-oshawott let off a watergun is all!" She tried to plead with her overbearing friend, turning bright red as her shorts and even panties were removed.
" No excuses, or I'll go out there and buy a pacifier for you to suck on." Bell commanded, spreading her friend's legs, powdering and oiling her diaper area well, pulling a diaper out of her bag and sliding it under the shocked white's bottom. "Just be glad that I'm travelling with you now to take care of these things."
"Bel, I'm not a baby... why do you have these things anyway..?" She asked, grimacing at the thick padding with a pokeball print on it being taped between her legs.
"In case of something like this." Bel stated matter-of-dactly, helping her friend off of the changing table with a smile, bending her over and giving her a hard slap on the bottom. "If you get caught without a diaper again you're getting alot more of these, got it?"
The teenager sniffled, nodding and blushing bright red as she tried to pull her shirt over her diaper.
"W...well what do I do, I can't go out like this!" White cried, looking to Bel for help.
"Hmm..."
