This choice: YES!!! BRING BACK THE HOUSE OF LILITHMON!!!! • Go Back...Chapter #5I Always Feel Like... Somebody's Watching Me by: Aerodeth It's never easy to move away from your old home, leave your old friends behind, and break yourself into the new house. But when your dad got his promotion and it required that he relocated, you had no choice. It didnt take very long to decide which new house the two of you were living at. He had his eye set on a rather, big, beautiful house in the middle of the countryside, near a small urban town not far from his brand new workplace. What was amazing was that he bought the house at an incredibly low price. Mint condition, running water and electricity, the works at so cheap a price! In fact, it was so cheap, if you saved up your whole allowance for a few years, YOU could pay for it! It was unbelievable.
Too good to be true, even. You knew there had to be a catch. And there was one.
Your bedroom...
It seemed quite fine and completely not out of the ordinary throughout the day... but you had an awful bit of trouble sleeping. Sure it starts off normal, jumping into your nice warm cozy bed, but during a certain peak hour of the night, It got cold. VERY cold. Far more chilly than the outside during winter. Not only that, but in your sleep paralysis state, you could feel ice cold air being blown in your face. By morning, you woke up even more exhausted than before you fell asleep.
After the first night, you thought it wasnt anything serious, but the second night was even worse. The air got colder, the mood got even gloomier, and you coulda sworn you felt something touch your hand as you heard something breathing heavily in your face! By morning, it felt like you were having a REALLY bad nightmare! 'Was someone there?' you wondered to yourself.
The third night, you decided it was better to be safe than sorry. You locked your bedroom door and shut the window tight before going heading straight to bed. Did that solve the problem? NOPE! It just got worse!
In your sleep state, you felt a heavy weight pressed on top of your body. The presence was still cold. Still gloomy. You coulda sword you felt fingers against your cheek! Even worse, you most definitely felt something cold and soft pressed against your lips for a brief moment! You wanted to wake yourself up and face this dark presence, but you couldnt! And even by the time you woke up, it was already gone. And as if things couldnt get any worse for you, you noticed the door was unlocked! Somebody was there. You knew it was!
You told your dad about the presence you felt in your room, but he just shrugged it off, telling you you were probably having a bad dream. And when you told him about the door, he just said that you probably forgot you unlocked it somewhere in the middle of the night.
It's Night 4 and youre deftly afraid of going back to sleep. Whatever jumped on you last night and might come back and do something even worse to you! You decided to stay up... and wait for whatever it was that comes in the middle of your sleep to come. You sat on your bed gripping your Louisville Slugger tightly as you waited for IT to come back...
Hours pass and there's no sign of the dark presence. The clock read about 2 a.m. and you were starting to get really drowsy. You started drifting to sleep, but forced yourself back up, remembering what youre staying up for! It's gonna come back!
Unfortunately, your eyes were getting really heavy. You were having an awful hard time staying awake. But you didnt want to fall asleep out of fear of it coming back in your most helpless moment.
Still... you were getting too sleepy. It was already 2:30, maybe it's not coming after all. Maybe it's safe to get some sleep now.
Then again... it could just be WAITING for you to go asleep!
But youre so tired. Should you go to sleep or force yourself up until morning? | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
