You wipe your head as sweat forms on it, and sigh, well you wanted to leave before your parents made you do more chores so you went off.
The sun was so bright, you couldn't look far without needing to shield your eyes. You raise your hand to see the stables, in a field a short walk away. You set off towards the stables with a slight spring in your step.
The sun blazed down as you crossed the field, and you felt the heat on your skin.
You approach the stables, and you hear the familiar sounds of snorting and trotting hooves. You smile to yourself; you've loved those sounds since you were very small and became infatuated with horses. As you got older, your love for horses became more intense.
You open the creaky wooden stable door, and the welcoming shade greets you with the familiar smell of hay, dust and equine waste mixed together. You're used to the smell, so it doesn't overpower the feeling of the cool shade on your sweating body.
As your eyes get used to the shade, what do you decide to do next?
