Suddenly a car pulled up along side you and stopped on the shoulder of the road. You were suprrised and scared but then the window rolled down and a pleasant man inside said "Hey there you are! I tried to call you but you left your phone on the counter. My work called and they need me to come in a few minutes early today." You just stated at him, confused. "Honey? is everything ok?" he asked. "Uh, erm, uh, yeah everything is fine da--- da- dear?" You eeked out with your pitch rising at the end almost like a question. He looked at you for a moment longer, and then said, "ok, well I've gotta get moving. I left the door unlocked for you since I wasn't sure if you had your keys. Love you, see you after work!" and then he started to pull away.

You watched as your DAD drove away in a car you had olny seen in old photos.

This all sunk in, your dad, the car, what he said to you. Oh. Dear. God. you must be your mother, but it this was a different timeline, you may not be around in this simeline, it could be before you were born.

you knew exactly where your house would be from here, and you wanted to sprint there to figure this out but you couldn't run in the body not yet, you weren't near enough use to it. so you more or less power walked home.

once you arrived home you let yourself in and sat down to figure everything out.
