You turn around, shocked at what you saw. Lugia itself came flying down from the heavens as elegantly as possible. You couldn't believe your eyes! It's the real Lugia! Just one thing bothers you.. ''Why have you been expecting me, great Lugia?'' you say, trying to be as properly as possible to the guardian. ''No need to be so formal, human.'' Lugia said, when he landed in front of you. ''I knew someday you would come.'' he continued. ''Wait, what? How do you know all this, and why did you let me in so easily?'' you asked confused.
''Let me explain, human. Being an guardian of the seas means I am also the one who gets all the information about potential threats and allies. When talk occured in the big sea of an young boy who was deeply interested in me, I somehow felt like checking out who this ''young boy'' was. I swam to your hometown, and saw you for the first time. You looked so kind and felt an pure-hearted presence inside of you, making me feel.. ''interested'' in you.'' Lugia explained. ''Interested?'' you ask. ''Yes, Human.. interested.. I've been watching you ever since that day and now, we finally meet.'' he says. ''But, why couldn't you just come up to me earlier?'' you asked. ''I'm afraid I can't show my face around the folkspeople, I might get too much attention, and you might've too.'' he replied. You nod. ''That's actually logical..''
You notice the Lugia smiling, it seems that something is bothering it. ''What is it?'' you ask. Lugia frowns and got nervous for some reason. ''Uhm.. you know.. that ''interested'' part.. I.. that.. It's just that I.. I think I love you, Human.'' The Lugia replied, blushing. You started blushing and you were shocked. ''B-but.. you're an P-pokemon.. and I'm h-human.. we can't..'' you wanted to finish your sentence, when the Lugia held one of it's wings on your mouth. ''I know that, Human.. but there is no thing as ''species'' when it comes to love, doesn't it?'' the Lugia took his wing back again. You were mute, and you just didn't know what to do. ''But.. if you are not interested, then that's okay..'' the Lugia said, in a very sad tone, looking down and turning his back on you. This really hit your feelings pretty hard.
