Naruto grinned as he held up a collar to Tsunade and said, "Place this collar around your neck."
"Right away, Master Naruto," Tsunade said as she did as told. The collar around her neck became the only clothing she was allowed to wear.
Immediately after the collar was put on, Naruto told Tsunade, "Get down on your hand and knees. You will act like a dog until I say sow."
Without a moment's hesitation, Tsunade dropped down with a bark. She sat on the ground just like a dog, even having her tongue hang out and wagging her butt as if it was a tail.
Naruto then tugged at the leash attached to the collar and told Tsunade, "Come on, it's time for your walk!"
"Woof!" Tsunade said before following Naruto out the door.
Naruto was amazed at how well the commands he had given her earlier worked! Here he was walking Tsunade around the back streets of Konohagakure, which has very little activity, so it was rare that he'd be caught. Furthermore, Tsunade was acting like a dog, even peeing on a tree and leaving a poop near the tree when she did eventually have to go.
Naruto continued to walk Tsunade, her looking back at him and barking on occasion, before he suddenly had an idea. Pulling on the leash, indicating Tsunade to stop, Naruto said, "Okay, we're going in--"
