Sentient Animals

Sentient animals-Like I said they can think and speak like normal people and some of the only ways to tell a sentient animal from a normal animal would be that they would look diffrent from normal, they would be doing things that normal animals aren't supposed to, or the obvious talking and other things.

Now pick your animals...and yes they are still in factions, and yes it is kindof rare to see talking animals out of their habitat even though theres damn magic, technology, and mystical creatures all over the place.
