As i was walking down the busy corridor i heard an explosion then an alarm rang out that made the scientist panick and run off somewhere and the soldiers running outside and then on the intercomm it said,
"Warning the perimeter has been breached, i repeat the perimeter has been breached by an unknown enemy all guards prepare to fire at will do not take survivors, all scientists and personel need to move to the bunkers an-" the announcer was cut off and i heard inhumane screeching and screaming coming from it"Oh my fucking god what the hell are you!?"The announcer yelled, all i heard was laser firing and the sound of flesh tearing before the intercomm went out
"Dammit all what is going on?"I said while i was running off with the soldiers to the outside. When i reached outside i just stood there looking as the wall was torn to shreds and giant demonic shadow attacking the soldiers that are fighting hard against them, the things that i was seeing right now were nothing i ever saw in all the battles i have fought, the giant dark creatures had giant morbid axes and swords and were killing the infantry, i saw smaller darklings running and flying amok fighting the soldiers, the things looked very grotesque and evil with blood shot eyes like the giants. Both sides seemed at a stalemate with the enemies numbers getting cut down and evaporating into dark aura and the soldiers with artillery being slaughtered, the scene was a mess with destroyed defences, dead bodies strewn everywhere ripped apart, destroyed buildings with blazing infernos and among that mess i only thought of where my teammates are. I looked around me and saw that i was surronded by those flying and fast things to see a better look at them. The flying things had wings that looked weathered and old, the body was rotting and looked skeletal, the face looked like a demonic skull with sharp teeth and a long snout, the small fast things had blades for arms and legs or claws on the arms and legs but notherless both looked like a combination of metal and biological based on the limbs and body, dark and metallic skeleton, the head had sharpnels of metal lodged inside and the teeth were sharp and metal.
"Oh fuck me, well if you want a piece of me you will have to answer to my shotgun!"I yelled when i pulled out my custom shotgun which was a spaz-12 but silver and has a scope and laser-dot. They came at me all at once and i shot and blew them off one by one until there were all gone and their bodies disappeared into black aura,
"Jeez what the heck were tho-AH! my legs what the.........oh crap i forgot my flank!"I said in pain while i look at the thing that took me out and it was one of the blade runners (My name for the dark runners) it was about to make the finishing blow when bursts of electricty came at it and killed it, i turned my head to see who it was and it was-
