As Naruto slowly began to regain consciousness, he felt something off about his body. As Naruto propped himself upright in the bed he found himself in, Naruto found the reason for the oddness he had been feeling, there on his chest were two massive breast. Rushing out of bed, Naruto finds a bathroom nearby and flicks on the light, In the mirror everything about him seems normal, if you could ignore the two massive twins that were currently demanding attention as they jutted from his normally flat chest. As Naruto poked and prodded at the flat glands that were starting to turn him on, a bit of movement in the mirror catches his attention.
"Baa-chan, did you do this to me?" Naruto demands as he lifts his breast up before letting them drop, the jiggling that his new girls cause make Naruto blush.
"I did, by using my DNA and using the genes responsible for breast growth and development, I spliced my DNA into your body and used a healing jutsu on you to stimulate your breast growth, you now have an exact duplicate of my own breast. Now, I hereby order you to never tell anyone why you are changing and that the reason for your change is 'I don't know.'" Tsunade orders
"I understand," Naruto drones before snapping out of it, "Why are you doing this?"
"Because of all the shit i have to go through, and with you on top of it being disrespectful, now you can deal with it as well. Know this, this is just beginning." Tsunade says as she leave with that somber warning.
Racing out after her, Naruto finds that Tsunade has already left via shunshin. Walking back into the bedroom since he was currently topless, Naruto looks for some clothes and finds a set of clothes lying out on the bed. Walking over to the pile, Naruto sees his usual black and orange pants. However that was all of his male attire, next to the pants was a red kimono blouse. A red version of Tsunade's own grey kimono style blouse.
Ignoring the clothes for now, Naruto searches his bedroom and finds that all of his shirts have been replaced by the kimono blouse. With no other option, Naruto puts on the clothes. Now fully dressed, Naruto blushes in embarrassment as his new cleavage was proudly revealed on his 50 inch chest and with no bra, his nipples also prominently poking into his blouse, their outline clear for everyone to see.
