9 months pregnant with triplits

Big Macintosh’s eyes were wide and he coughed back a moan of pain. The skin of his midsection had been pulled horribly tight by the the rapid expansion of the foals within him, and their combined weight sank into his diaphragm making his breathing slightly more labored.

The mare smirked at the apparent discomfort of the stallion. Her hoof trailed up the center of his distended belly and rested at his belly button. Big Mac gasped at the piercing pain that came from his navel being touched. It too had been horribly stretched by the sudden growth of his gut, and was extremely sensitive.

With a laugh, the mare pressed more on his belly. “Doesn't feel so good does it? How do you think the trees feel when you kick them, hm?!”

Big Mac shook and blinked tears out of his eyes, “a-ah was just gettin’ mah sister’s frisby. Ah didn't mean ta-”

“That's enough!” the mare spat. “I don't want to hear your petty excuse. Besides, I need some help protecting the forest and I think three more nymphs would be perfect.” She smiled while examining his belly and rubbing small circles on it.

Big Mac closed his eyes and tried to relax, but he was flooded by terrible thoughts. How will ah be able to work if ah'm this pregnant? What do ah tell Applejack? Or ponyville fer that matter!?

His train of thought was derailed for a moment however when the mare spoke again. “Hm...you know what? I think I'll even add the your punishment…”
