The growth is immediate.

Kim felt something strange as soon as she finished her drink. Her chest felt hot and after a few moments she realized her breasts were growing bigger. She moaned quietly as pleasure flowed through her body from the increased sensitivity of her growing tits. Only one thought permeated her mind as the strange transformation took place.
"Man, I'm glad I didn't wear a bra today."
When the growth was done Kim had full F-cup breasts pushing against her T-shirt.
Kim looked at her girlfriend to see her excited and suspiciously unsurprised by the transformation that taken place.
