They intend to take the throne by deception
by: Unknown
"True," the Magus nodded. "However, we plan on taking the throne through old fashioned deception. The last thing we want is for that sorceress princess to take the throne."
"I agree. We need to turn the people against the Church. Convince them that their Goddess isn't as pure as they..." The Golden Mage pauses as the wind-up key on her back stopped. The Crimson Magus winds the key on her back. After doing so she resumes speaking like the wind-up doll that her toll has turned her into. "... believe her to be. If we can conjure information and tell it to the people than we can win their trust."
"What about the princes and the princess? Don't forget the queen. She's easily a threat." The Light Magus interjects.
Janus just watched as his colleagues continued telling him their plans. "And how do we suppose that we that? The royal family is well loved."
"We simply craft a story. My foolish twin brother has recently invoked a Djinn. All we have to do is set this lamp in one of the princes chambers and then watch the chaos unfold." The Jade Magus said.
"Are you crazy! Djinns or more commonly referred as genies are unpredictable! They can even trick people into becoming djinns! Most djinns have been found in deserts anyway." Janus yelled.
"Sheesh. Take it easy on the girl. Her idea sounds intriguing, but it is dangerous. What would you advise, Janus?"
