Chapter #5
Prince Marco. The great hunter
by: Unknown
It was none other than Prince Marco, the younger twin brother of High Prince Roland. Despite being the twin brother to the next king, the eldest princes looked nothing alike. Prince Marco had a natural tan complexion, red hair, grey eyes, and was literally as big as a house.
His brother, Roland, was the shorter of the two. Roland wasn't short by any means at all. It was just Marco was extremely tall. Most of the time Marco had to duck his head when entering buildings since he's 8'5".
However, Prince Marco was just known for his height. He is known as a great hunter. For months he would go hunting in uncharted territories. Each time he returned he always seened somwhat fatter or more muscular. Whatever the case Prince Marco attracted all the ladies. Now here he is towering over you.
"Greetings Lord Meade," said Marco in a deep voice. "It's been a while. How does your family fair?"
"My family is fine. We recently had to deal with your sister's cat. He wouldn't stop complaining about his treatment. Sometimes I wish Celina didn't teach him how to speak the common tongue."
"You jest. There" s no way my sister finished her new spell on creating talking animals."
"Yet she has though. She tested on some mice before using it on her cat."
Marco starts laughing. You roll your eyes at Marco. He really needs to be brought up to speed on what happens in the castle.
"Sorry about that Lord Meade. I kept on imagining the mice screaming as Sebastian was about to eat them. Let's be thankful that she hasn't decided to create more talking animals. If she did I would die of laughter!"
After Marco stops laughing he then hands you a strange gem.
"I found this gem while hunting. Can you fashion it into a ring or something?"
