In shock, Tom runs upstairs to his room and shuts his door.

He sits on his bed, trying to process what he was just told. Tom remembers what his mother said about the extra 'hole' where babies come out from.

Suddenly, Tom has an idea. He walks out of his own room, then goes towards Tina's room before opening the door and walking in.

Tina is sleeping in her bed. Tom, remembering what his mother said, lifts the covers of begins to slowly remove Tina's clothing, trying not to wake her.

Tom then starts sparking an idea: 'If babies come out of this hole and grow, is the opposite possible? Can a growing boy like me enter this hole and... ungrow? Will I become a baby again? But what happens after that?'

Tom then feels a fluid all around him and he senses a snake-like object latching on to his naval, which seems to take away Tom's need to breathe. Tom then dozes off into a deep sleep.
