Literal minded candies- they fuse!

Suddenly, Tom feels a force pulling down on him. It's dragging him out of his room, into the kitchen where his sister was working.
His sister was flying toward him and he felt was the two of them colliding, Tom almost melting into Sara. He could almost feel her body entering his, the last thing he sees are boobs on his chest with both a penis and a vagina between his legs. Complete fusion, Tom thought.
He realized just before he blacked out that they were merging into one person.
