The halls are empty, everyone has gone home except for Blaine and Sam.

"Hey, man," Sam says, giving a bro hug to Blaine.

Before the hug ends, Blaine whispers something in Sam's ear. "Say goodnight Sammy."

Sam suddenly feels a sharp point in his neck. Blaine pushes a syringe into Sam's neck until his body goes limp and falls to the ground. Blaine smiles at his blonde, big mouthed friend.
