You stop rubbing David's feet and pick his left foot up to your face. You give his left foot a quick sniff before dragging your tongue slowly across his foot.
"Ohh that felt good. Keep going, Jacob"
"I'm just getting started, David haha"
You now begin to give his right foot the same treatment you gave to his left foot. David is moaning a bit in enjoyment of having you lick his feet. You put both of David's feet together and begin to lick both of his feet nice and slow. After 10 minutes of licking David's feet, you decide you wanna ask him if he is enjoying this.
"Am I doing a good job licking your feets, Dave?"
"Ohh you bet you are, Jacob. This feels great."
"I'm glad you are enjoying it, David."
"I'm loving this, Jacob. How can I repay you for this wonderful treatment?"
