Once the Mystery Inc. gang had gotten the information they needed from Professor Watkins(the man who had called them to the campus in the first place), they went off in search of clues.
Fred and Daphne took one half of the campus, while Velma, Shaggy and Scooby took the other half. After taking a brief sojourn to the campus cafeteria, Velma, her erstwhile boyfriend Shaggy(sorry to those who aren't Velma/Shaggy pairing fans), and the group's cowardly canine Scooby Doo had made their way to the main biology lab.
"Like it's as quiet as a morgue in here." Shaggy remarked, before quickly covering his mouth.
"It is rather silent in here Shaggy." Velma said, closely following Shaggy and Scooby.
"Ri rope re ron't run into ranything scary." Scooby added.
Ah, but the chicken hearted Great Dane and his master would be wrong, for as the trio searched the lab, something scary was awaiting them...
Around a nearby corner, a middle-aged man with jet black hair, wearing a lab coat, dark blue jeans and dark brown shoes watched the trio carefully.
"So, that blasted Professor Watkins has found out about my experiments eh?" the man said, laughing silently and in a menacing tone of voice.
The unnamed individual then thought to himself for a moment, before out of sight and soon he was out of the room altogether. Before long, he had come to a room marked with the number 415 on the front window and with a key he fished out of his lab coat pocket, he opened the door and entered the room.
"If Professor Watkins believes he will stop my experiments with reptile and human DNA, he is sorely mistaken. And to prove that old fool wrong, I will test out my experiments and theories on that brat with the glasses!" the man said, laughing evilly as he held up a glass beaker triumphantly.
