Upon further inspection, you aren't on the bed, but instead, on the body of the person on the bed. More specifically, under their shirt. You can't recognize who it is from where you are, but you have two paths. North or South.

North leads to a pair of hills.

South leads to what looks like a valley.

You have the following choices:
