Those two were already on edge and anticipating Eggman since he was reluctantly spotted. No he needed to likely target a Mobian hero while he was unexpected and Silver would make taking them down very simple rather through just doing so himself or using his powers to keep them still so the Doctor could with ease. “Now who should I go after...” Eggman rubbed his chin as he came to the consensus that he should recruit a woman next to keep his forces of brainwashed heroes varied but the next question came to mind: which one?
