Female version of himself

Does he just turn into the opposite sex or are there additional changes?

If it is just a TG than everything than everything stays very close to Ash aside from his gender.
He would essentially turn into an extreme tomboy (pants, short hair, etc.).

If there are additional changes Ash could for example turn girlier, which would mean he would turn into a girl he could have been if he was born that way (this could mean longer hair, or skirts/dresses, or a liking for the colour pink, but could also express itself differently).
