You grab a worn piece of paper and unroll it to find that it is a deed to a plot of land just outside town. "Wow, I can't believe I found this here! Who would leave something like this just lying around a gas station?" you wonder aloud as you roll the deed back up and put it away. "Ah well, their loss is my gain I guess..." With that you head home and show the deed to your family, who all agree that the best course of action is to up and move now that they don't have to settle for a house in this shitty neighborhood anymore. The only question is, what kind of property is the deed actually for?
