For everyone to go to recess. She waddled out to the play ground and her friends surrounded her. They felt her belly and felt her twins kicking. Then Sara’s water broke. She leaned up against a wall and sat down. Sara started to breathe heavily and scream. Then one of the teachers came and picked Sara up and carried her to the nurses’ room. The nurse came in and the teacher left. The nurse was also pregnant with twins and she told Sara that paramedics are on there way. When they arrived, they took Sara to the hospital. Soon after Sara arrived to her room in the pregnancy ward, her mother arrived.
“Don’t worry sweaty. You are in labor and going to give birth to your twins.” Her mother said while holding her daughters hand and rubbing her belly.
