Ryder is a 10-year-old boy who lives in the picturesque town of Adventure Bay, he is the leader of the Paw Patrol.
One day, while hiking during a beautiful morning without emergencies, Ryder stumbles upon the entrance of a strange cave. A cave somewhat hidden by nature itself; with overgrown trees, vines, and lush bushes that adorned the hidden opening. Despite the abandoned and somewhat creepy nature of the site, Ryder couldn't help but feel an enormous sense of curiosity about what could lie inside that cave. So, after setting his pup-pad's lamp on, he walked towards the entrance of the cave, making his way across the vegetation of the outside.
As Ryder walks inside the cave, he is surprised to see that its walls were painted with strange symbols. Iconography unknown and totally different from what he has seen before. Using his pup-pad he tried to search about these strange symbols, but nothing could be translated; the symbols weren't similar to anything that could be found on Earth. Could it be aliens? Whatever it was, another thing popped into his mind, how hasn't anyone found this yet? Aside from him, accidentally stumbling upon it.
Ryder keeps walking deeper and deeper into the cave. The symbols keep appearing with an apparent randomness. However, he soon comes across a bunch of paintings. Lots of paintings more familiar to him, which create an eerie contrast to what came before.
─What is this? ─ Ryder asks himself as he takes a look at the cave paintings in front of him.
In the paintings, a story is being told. A story about an entity bigger than anyone could imagine. A human that had grown to unimaginable proportions, around 3 times bigger than their relatives if the painting is accurate. A human that with his size helped its community to overcome any obstacle. At least at the beginning...
As Ryder keeps walking, observing the story, he discovers how things evolved over time. That human, grown to be a giant, a protector, slowly got corrupted by the power in their hands. Adorating the attention and respect they received, they eventually turned against their community, becoming a dictator of some sort. Their community was forced to worship them, feed them, and sacrifice for them. But, when someone dared to oppose them... he would simply return even bigger than before...
Eventually, the massive human, as they acquired the attention of nearby tribes, was ambushed and seriously hurt by the joined forces of the different tribes. With the last gasps of air they had, they crept towards this cave, the place where they grew to those heights, and painted all of this. Of course, they were followed by a small team. And in an attempt to protect their sacred source of growth, they caused the cave's entrance to collapse, trapping them inside so no one would find them.
Ryder looks at the last picture of the story with intrigue and disgust, yet a familiar sense of curiosity. Was this all true or only a story to scare the misbehaved children of that era? Was this giant even possible? Talking about the entrance was out of the question, nature always finds a way to make old memories visible again. One thing was for sure though, he wanted to know more about this. Hence, he decided to dive even deeper into the cave.
Sometime later, inside the cave, Ryder notices a strange red glow coming right in front of him. A glow that was strangely mesmerizing. ─Could that be what made them big? Is the story real then? ─ He asks as he runs towards the source of the glow, where he finds a bunch of pieces of metal, wires, more of those symbols seen near the entrance, and the reason that human grew that big along with the remains of the giant human...
─No way! ─ Ryder says with surprise and jumps right into the glowing object. He grabs it and inspects it, discovering it is a...
