With all of his dignity on the line, Naruto was in hurry to quickly get some new underwear to replace Hinata's panties. Unfortunately, this rush meant that he wasn't paying much attention to his surroundings as he ran through the streets. Given the early hour, that wasn't the dumbest thing he could be doing. No too many people were out yet and most of the streets were empty at the moment.
However, as he rounded the next corner, Naruto found himself running straight into someone and promptly found himself tumbling to the ground as the two of them both let out an "Ah!" in the collision.
Letting out an annoyed groan, Naruto began to pick himself back up when he heard the other person's voice. "Watch where you're going you..." The voice stopped as its owner recognized the person in front of her, and the orange-wearing ninja froze as he recognized the voice. "Well, hello Naruto." The girl sounded very pleased now.
Oh man, this is not good!
Naruto easily recognized the voice of the girl who had for so long been the village's number 1 wedgie-giver: Ino Yamanaka.
Panicking, Naruto began to scramble away, only to suddenly feel the blonde girl's hand grabbing the waistband of his panties tugging the pink cotton out of his pants. "Ah!"
For a moment, there was complete silence as Ino took in the sight of Naruto's underwear until... "A-are these... Haha. Oh no way! Hahaha, I can't eve-haha!" Any further attempts and speaking were ended by her laughter. The sudden reveal that Naruto was wearing panties, panties that looked a lot like the pairs worn by her other favorite wedgie victim was far too amusing for the young woman. Looks like those two have more in common than I thought.
I, I can explain!" Naruto said frantically, all the while Ino still kept her grip on his panties while he blushed furiously.
Stifling down her laughter enough to speak, she began, "Explain why you're wearing panties that look like they came right out of Hinata's collection? Okay sure. This oughta be good." Giving the panties a good tug and elicting another gasp from the poor boy, she added "But the longer you take, the more I pull on these pretty little panties of yours."
And so Naruto hurriedly disclosed the details of the circumstances leading to his current predicament while his tormentor tugged his panties a quarter of the way up his back. His story ending when he bumped into her only a minute or two ago.
"Ugh, and th-that's what happened."
"Hmmm, well, guess I was wrong. That story wasn't as fun as I expected it to be." She stopped tugging on the panties, causing Naruto to sigh in relief as he thought she was getting bored. However, the girl suddenly smiled and said, "Oh well, I
ll just have to play with these.
"Ahhhh!" Naruto's panick returned as he felt her yanking harder on his panties. Crap, people are gonna come through here soon. I can't let more people see me like this. Hoping to get out of his predicament, Naruto tried bargaining. "Pl-please Ino, if y-ou -AH- just let me go get some new underwear first, I promise I'll let you have yo- EEE!- fun afterward!" He hated offering to actually just let her wedgie him, but it could at least mitigate his humiliation.
The girl's tugging stopped as she thought. "Hmmmm...."
