Dont drink powder on a full stomach

Hidden away in the trash can was the warning label. Ryan remembered the clerk warning him about something but he just didn't remember what. So when he finished eating he mixed up a batch of the powder and drank it down. If he had read the warning he would have learned that taken with food, the supplement expanded many times blowing up the stomach and creating more capacity. While Ryan napped, his flat stomach bowed up and out. Ryan slept through it all. Then gradually his belly shrank back to normal when the volume inside compacted. His stomach was permanently stretched however. causing
