Her breasts react to the pregnancy

She reaches a hand up to her breasts as they begin to expand along with her belly. They begin filling with milk. "uhhh… uhhh… omg John! There’s something inside of me… something growing… its getting bigger… My boobs! Uhhhh… uhhh… they feel all weird. There's something in my chest. john, my breasts… something’s happening to me… there filling with milk!" Her abnormally large breasts stretch her bra to the limit. She is breathing heavily. Just before it is about to snap she is able to reach up and undo the clip on the front of her bra. The tight night shirt she was wearing is also being stretched to its limits… her erect nipples become visible though her shirt as she pulls it over her head. "UHHHH…. HMMMM… how is this possible? AHHHHHHH!"
