Despite David's speed, it seemed nearly impossible to outrun the massive foreboding shadow looming above him. Before even having a chance to make it a foots length (To the bear and wolf's size that is), he was soon cast in ultimate darkness as his entire form was suddenly pinned underneath something. Whether it was luck or something entirely different, he was luckily unscathed underneath the huge object as he felt no surge of injuries appearing on his body. Holding his form down, the so called 'object' was no doubt that huge wolfess's massive hand, considering the fact that he managed to feel some leathery like texture above him almost akin to a canines paw. Despite being cast and held in complete darkness, he does manage to hear what sounded like a long sigh from nearby. The wolfess was no doubt relieved from the extremely quick chase, though the only question that remained was whether or not she saw him as food or not.
In just a matter of moments, David feels his body get wrapped up in a surface of soft warm fur and leather as his stomach was suddenly on the verge of leaving his abdomen. It seemed like the wolfess had no idea just how to pick up something so tiny, and it was clear by the quick and sudden movements she used to lift him up form the table. As David was lifted rather harshly from the table, he soon finds his form being pulled immediately towards the right. If he had eaten a meal earlier today, then it would've surely get hurled out by the sudden and unexpected movements of the grip.
"Is something wrong?" Another voice sounded off from outside the shadowy confines. The voice no doubt belonged to that huge bear from earlier as it carried a weight of confusion and worry with each word. With wide eyes, another shudder began to course down David's spine as he feared whether or not the massive wolfess would reveal him to the bear giantess. If one huge humanoid animal wasn't enough, he shivered at the thought of having to contend with two of the giants simultaneously.
