You decide to sneak into the Arch-Mage's chamber. You open the window and slowly climb out onto the ledge. The ledge is much smaller than you anticipated, and with the strong winds blowing you wonder if this was such a good idea. You slowly nudge your way along the ledge, making sure to keep your balance, and it is not long before you reach the window of the Arch-Mage's room.

The window opens with ease and you slowly climb in. Your feet land on the cold, stone floor and it is just now that you realize you forgot your shoes in your room. You are in a large, circular room filled primarily with books, ingredients, and a large boiling pot in the middle of the room. You see a staircase to your left that leads to a second story.
