Maybe, but after you've put on a bit more fat

"Hmm... the idea might appeal to my cousin but I'd want to have a yes from him before I agree. In the meantime though, you're far too skinny." Comic Book Guy grabs two handfuls of his paunch and gives it a wobble to illustrate his point. "My cousin and myself are both over a quarter-ton in weight, I'd guess more than double your mass at the moment by a fair distance. We like to weigh in on the last day of each month to show off our progress, if you can weigh in at least half of my weight on the last of this month in... 21 days, you'll be welcome to join us and we'll pay for your food from the website."

Homer looked at Comic book guy, admired his sweat-shorts which failed to do much more than make his lower belly look like a hot air balloon, his tent-like shirts' inability to cover the quivering stretch-mark covered midsection all the way to his pant line. Half his weight, he'd said over 500 but by how much? Homer knew he was 239 but if he was as much as 550 Homer would need to put on close to 40 pounds in half as many days. Still, Homer wanted it, and a whole lot more, maybe even getting up to the blubberous proportions of the geek in front of him or bigger still. It was with with the picture in his minds' eye of himself massively fattened and needing two barstools that made him agree to the challenge. While chugging down several more pitchers with his newfound friend Homer considered how he might get those 40 pounds on as fast as possible.
