Chelsea a.k.a. "Howler"

Age: 72 chronologically, 21 physically (Will not age further, she's a werewolf) Year of Birth 1941
Powers: All of the powers of a werewolf (Super: Speed, strength, regeneration, etc.), immortality, animal senses like super hearing and sense of smell. Also she is not bound to the cycle of the moon, she can transform whenever. However, having a full moon out does make her stronger.
Weaknesses: Silver weakens her strength and speed, but it will not kill her. This is because she is the daughter of the original Wolfman.
Other Info: 5'8, Red Head, Hazel Eyes. Natural Born Werewolf (Caucasian). She usually just wears normal clothes, because she very rarely decides to transform. Usually she just transforms her hands to help her fight. Finally, she and Scarlet are unofficial rivals/enemies.
Feet: Size 9, Cerulean Blue toenails
Personality: She's pretty nice, likes to dominate you and likes to party
