Powers: All the strengths and powers of a Vampire, Blood Sense: The ability to see bloodflow patterns, can be used to predict an opponents next move or see if they're turned on, etc., Immortality, Healing/Regeneration, Eyes of The Vampire: The ability to seduce/hypnotize anyone by looking them in the eyes and saying a command (Only she, her father, mother, and sisters posess this ability). She is a horsemen of Apocalypse: Famine. She carries the Flail of Famine an has an ethereal, malnurished and starved looking horse named Munchers.
Weakness: None, due to being Dracula's daughter, thus meaning that she is a pure blooded Vampire. That's why she can walk in broad daylight and such. Also crosses and holy water only work on Vampires of lesser blood, which Scarlet is not one of, Hell, even a stake through the heart wouldn't phase her. Essentially Scarlet is an unstoppable monster if she wants to be.
Other Info: 5'8, silver hair, red eyes, Natural Born Vampire (Pale skin) wears a Victorian style dress and shoes, also she is bi-sexual because feeding is a somewhat sexual activity. Also, she does not need blood to live, however, a few months deprival of it will cause her to lose all higher brain functions and be like a ravenous predator. You keep a supply of various bloods in the fridge though, so Scarlet is set, she goes out for a hunt once in a while too. She always speaks in a sexy Eastern European accent because she was born in, and spent a large portion of her life living in Romania.
