Naruto was taken by surprise with that paralyzing seal but he was right, he was stronger than Anko, specially after being able to harness the power of his inner tailed beast. Before Anko could carry him to her home to rape him he was able to summon enough power to struggle and make a desperate escape with all his strength, even using a couple of clones to make sure Anko couldn't track him.
Anko also knew enough about Naruto to realize she wasn't going to catch him in this state, so she just bluffed a little chase before dramatically punching a tree. But she had a smirk on her face "Heh, that's step 1 completed" she thought as she turned back towards her home.

"My, that's one strong seal. It's impressive that you managed to struggle out of it so quickly" Kakashi said as he examined what Anko caused
"I guess, but that was just for a bit, thank Kami it was enough to lose Anko because I could barely move until reaching you, sensei" Naruto complained, clearly still affected from the effects of the seal and from what happened just an hour or so ago "Can you believe she told me she wanted to rape me?"
"Ahh, she's feeling like that again" Kakashi said in a deadpan voice
"WHAT!! do you mean Baa-chan allows this? How can she just rape someone and get away with it? Aw!" Naruto protested in disbelief before the pain calmed him down
"Let's just say to turn her to our side we had to made some ... concessions" Kakashi said mysteriously before adding "I never thought she would feel brave enough to go after someone like you though"
"That's insane, when I'm the Hokage I'll just tell her to cancel the deal or get away from our village.. ouch!"
"Ok, that should be enough to undo the seal" Kakashi wiped the sweat from his forehead once he saw the seal disappear
"Thanks, Kakashi sensei! .. But I still feel a bit sore, shouldn't the effects be immediate?" Naruto asked as he tested the mobility of his limbs and found out things still fell a bit off for some reason
"Normally they should, but probably you feel like that because you had to strain your body too much, try getting some rest. As far as I can tell the seal is no longer there"
Naruto agreed with Kakashi and thanked him again, lamenting that a beautiful day probably went to waste thanks to that encounter with Anko. He walked slowly towards his house to get some much needed rest.
