Wet the diaper.

You are going to be forced to use your diaper eventually so you decide to do it on your own terms rather than hold on until you lose control in front of the cameras.

You push, expecting to feel the padding between your legs grow warm and damp, but at first nothing happens. However, your mind is made up, you are going to wet your diaper. You keep pushing and eventually a trickle begins. It slowly builds until you empty your bladder into the absorbent material.

Now you are left with the question of what to about your soggy diaper.

You have the following choices:
