Chapter #4The wager. by: Apollo   While walking through the halls, Rose bumped into people left and right, oblivious even as they spoke to her. Even the compliments on her outfit escaped her attention, despite all her best efforts spent picking it out. Right now, Rose couldn't even tell she was in a hall, let alone that it was a sardine can. Rose was lost in her mind, and all she could think about was Kate and her body.
Her soon to be naked body.
A week ago, Rose and Kate had taken a Calculus test, and it was extremely important to both of them. Besides a good score being necessary to save their averages, they had a huge argument on it two weeks prior to the test, each convinced they were better than the other in the subject. Eventually, their discussions got so heated they made a wager on it at the suggestion of June, a neutral friend. It was decided that the loser has to stage an ENF scene for Kate's website, and the scene itself would be the request of the winner as well as her camerawork.
Rose studied hard for this all important test. The result: she scored a 100. She viewed it as a given, since she stopped eyeing Kate all period and actually started paying attention. For the past week, Rose had devoted most of her attentions to what Kate should do for the scene. She decided she would have Kate fall into the school's pool with her clothes on and come up naked, at which point she'd have to swim and dive around searching for her clothes in the transparent water while the chlorine stung her sensitive eyes, forcing her to search with her eyes shut tighter than a bank vault. This wouldn't be too hard since, unknown to Kate (who wasn't on the swim team like Rose), the janitors always put too much chlorine in the pool and it stings even the strongest of eyes, allowing Rose's plan to go off perfectly.
Rose had asked her friend (and not Kate's), Beth, to help her yesterday. The plan was simple: Once Kate was naked in the water, Beth would snatch Kate's clothes out of the water, escape, and the three of them would take off. It was assured June would voice no objections besides the fact that she might want to join Kate in the streak home. By the time Kate realizes she'd been set up, the trio would be hidden and filming her real ENF moment. Knowing Kate, she'd probably yell at them when she first learns of this ploy, but then fall over in laughter once she gets inside her home, so none of them objected too much but were prepared to compensate if they went too far.
The two agreed to meet at the end of the school day in front of the main entrance with June for their official witness and mediator.
