The New Girl

You and Kate sit and try to think of who would make a filling meal. After a few minutes your stomach rumbles and you look up at her. “If we don’t think of someone soon, I might not be able to hold back any more. So for your sake, I hope you have someone in mind.” Kate’s eyes grow wide and she takes a step back. “Ummm.... How about that new girl at school? What was her name.... Megan?” She says trying to keep a safe distance. “Oh yeah, she’d make a tasty meal!” You say. You run up to your room to fetch your address book from under your bed. After a few minutes you manage to reach Megan and she seem happy to hear from you. You ask her if she want to go to the mall and she says she’ll meet you there in 20 minutes. You hang up the phone and tell Kate. She smiles but still seems a little uneasy. Just then your stomach grumbles and a sharp stabbing pain, causing you to rap your arms around it. “Ohhh.. My belly hurts so bad” You say. It hurt so much your eyes start to tear up. What should I do, you think.

1. Snack on Kate before leaving for the mall

2. Try to hold out and leave to meet Megan
