Judging from the distance you consider that the girl is the most in danger of getting drowned and since nobody would probably be in time to save her except for you. You quickly jump off the chair and run towards the sea. There you quickly jump into the cold water, using the lifeguard's brain you swim as fast as you can to the girl. Just as you reach her you see her going down. You quickly take a deep breath of air and dive into the water. The girl is not that far away and you quickly grab her and pull her up to the surface. You then need to get her to the beach fast. The rocky part of the beach is the closest by and so you carry her to that spot. You find it easy to carry the girl with you, obvious the lifeguard has trained for things like that.
When you've finally reached the beach and holding the girl in your hands, you feel a little proud of yourself. It feels good to be using your power for something good for once. But you can't have it all the time of course, otherwise you would be too much of a superhero. Lying the girl down on the sand you quickly use CPR to revive the girl. The girl quickly opens her eyes and she looks at you thankfully. "How can I thank you?" She asks thankful.
