It may seem crazy, but I believe that everyone should keep an open mind.
There are actually various "love magic" kinds of sites out there that talk about using spells, tricks, potions, illusions, and all sorts of magical hoo-ha in order to bring a woman into your life.
Something in the Love Potion section caught my eye that night. Nothing in the flavor text actually referred to it as a "love potion" per se, but the implications were pretty much there. That is, if I was reading it right.
What it outwardly said was that this potion was "guaranteed to bring a woman into your life."
Considering that idea to be as good as any, I printed out the potion recipe and began scouring the house for the ingredients. I don't know why everyone makes such a big deal out of all that "wool of bat, toe of frog, eye of newt" hoop-de-doo from Macbeth; it turns out that, these days, spell ingredients are pretty much everywhere you look.
All it takes is the right chemical balance and the right chemical knowledge.
(Thank you, Advanced Chemistry class!)
The potion boils for quite some time on the stove before I pick it up and swallow the whole thing down at once. Whatever happens next, I guess I owe myself for not properly reading in between the lines.
