You grab your wallet, your smart phone, and watch. Walking out of your room, you make it to Dad's car. How are you feeling Dad asks? I think I'm ready for my appointment, you reply. The appointment is on the other side of town, to pass the time you look up the Doctor's office to see the latest reviews. You find the office's website and on there you find a younger picture of a confident and clean shaven Dr. John. In recent memory of your last visit, Dr. John had grown a full beard.
Passing along drive thru row and the center of town, Dad asks what you what would you like to do for your birthday. Keeping up with the small talk, you share some ideas, but haven't made any decisions.
Arriving at the doctor's office, Dad tells you to call him if you want him to pick you up. You enter the lobby of the office and are greeted with a new secretary and they hand you a clipboard to fill out as you check in. As you take a seat to fill out the clipboard, you watch the secretary stand up and notice their potbelly peak out of their scrubs as they reach into the cabinets. This makes a stirring in your crotch, but you try to distract yourself. You stand up and walk to the secretary's desk and drop off the clip board. The secretary pulls out their lunchbox and walks out from behind the desk and leaves.
The nurse walks out to the lobby to retrieve you, checks your weight and places you into a waiting room. You take a seat on the only chair in the room and pull out your phone. You decide to play a quick game on your phone. Interrupted by a knock at the door, you quickly put your phone away. The nurse from earlier, checks in on you and says that the doctor will be with you shortly. After they leave, you look around the room. New artwork was placed on the wall and notice some new equipment was next to the sink. As you notice all the changes in the waiting room, you hear footsteps approach the door followed with three knocks at the door. Then the doc enters, and immediately you notice...
