Chapter #4Lights! Camera! Get Some Action? by: Sly F Leroy Rogers had been so stressed lately.
True, he was only 15 years old, that hormonal period where emotions run higher than any other time (except maybe until he would hit his midlife crisis). Every negative emotion tore through his teenage psyche like it was the end of the world.
And Leroy kinda had a lot going on right now.
Leroy's least favorite teacher, beautiful but icy blonde bitch Elizabeth Acord, was for sure going to flunk him if he couldn't come up with a one thousand and five hundred word essay on what the green light at the end of The Great Gatsby symbolized and make it really, really good. (Something he was pretty confident he couldn't do.)
Speaking of Gatsby, Leroy had "misplaced" one of the local library's rarest editions of the great American classic somewhere amid all the piles of junk in his extremely messy room. That, along with the several movies, video games, and occasional graphic novel he had similarly "misplaced," made him afraid to show his face at the library and even face his favorite librarian, the cute and incredibly curvy Cassandra Cooper.
Leroy's favorite teacher may also have been ready to fail him. Leroy was Senorita Gabriela Garcia's favorite pupil, so well behaved in her class as only she could make him. But as much as Senorita Garcia liked Leroy, algebra might as well have been a foreign language to him. And concentrating on solving for X was nearly impossible when his adolescent brain was so distracted by Senorita Garcia's sexy Hispanic accent and the way her busty body looked in those form-fitting outfits she somehow got away with wearing to school every day.
Leroy was similarly distracted by Miss Gardenia Ware in her history class, and the library books he'd borrowed for his research paper on Caligula were also lost to the bottom of his sea of dirty laundry.
Then there was his home life, where he had to deal with being the only male among the ocean of estrogen that was his mother Joyce and sister Candice.
But his biggest source of anxiety was Victoria Johnson. Once his childhood best friend, Leroy could barely talk to her ever since he realized he had developed a crush on her. A little bit older than him, Leroy got tongue-tied every time he tried to speak to her. He so desperately wanted to ask her to the upcoming school dance, and he knew he didn't have much time until some other guy beat him to it.
Leroy did have one way he liked to unwind. Gaming. So he eagerly accepted when his other childhood best friend Tim Handal asked him if he wanted to hit the game store after school.
But it only made Leroy more depressed to see how much the games he'd been wanting to try cost, even used. When the chubby, neck-bearded college kid at the counter told Leroy the dozen games he'd brought in, games he'd payed at least $70 each for, had a trade-in value that wouldn't even cover the price of a single new game, Leroy was so insulted he snatched the games right back.
While Tim piled his own collection of used games on the counter to have them appraised, Leroy turned and saw an older woman standing in one of the aisles. She gave him an alluring smile. One hand was on her curvy hip. The other beckoned him with a single finger enticingly.
She was wearing a revealing red cocktail dress, and if it weren't for the lanyard and name tag around her neck Leroy would never have guessed she worked there. She was definitely older, with wrinkles at the corners of her eyes and along her jawline, but still undeniably attractive, like a retired model. Leroy wouldn't expect cougars to hang out in a place like this, but he couldn't resist walking over to see what she wanted.
She was about half a foot shorter than he was, and very slender, with long brown hair and smoldering brown eyes. When he got close enough, Leroy could see the name on the tag was "Liz Iver." (Weird. Most of the employees here only had their first name on their badge.)
"Do you want to get fucked?" she asked.
Leroy coughed on the can of Mountain Dew he'd bought from the vending machine in the corner.
"Excuse me?"
"Because that's what that man's trying to do," Liz said. She spoke with a posh British accent, another peculiarity. "Fuck you over by only giving you a pittance for those games you once so cherished. But I think I have a better offer for you."
Seemingly out of nowhere, she pulled out what appeared to be a camera.
"What's that?" Leroy asked. "Some kind of peripheral?"
"I suppose you could say that," Liz said.
"For which console?" Leroy asked.
"No specific console, per se."
"Oh, cool! So it's cross-platform. Which game is it for?"
"The game of life."
Leroy shrugged.
"I don't have that one."
"I mean, it turns your everyday life into the greatest game you could ever want to play."
"Oh. That does sound awesome. Is it expensive?"
The smile on Liz's full, glossy lips was downright devilish.
"Its cost is far greater than you could ever imagine."
Leroy sighed in disappointment and started to turn around.
"I can't afford it then," Leroy said. "Too bad I'm broke."
"No!" Liz said, grabbing Leroy's shoulder in a panic. "No. It's yours for that stack of games you're carrying. Even trade."
Leroy handed Liz his games and Liz handed Leroy the camera. Leroy then turned around to see Tim walking up behind him.
"Who are you talking to?" Tim asked.
"Don't you see the total mature brunette MILF that..."
But when Leroy turned around, she was gone.
As Leroy left the store with his new treasure in tow, he had no idea that every photo he took with it of a member of the opposite sex would make her more subservient to him. And more obsessive.
But where would he try it out first? | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
